WITH SUPPORT FROM DEMOB
White and his powerful new touring outfit – Carla Azar on drums, Quincy McCrary and Neal Evans on keys, and Dominic Davis on bass guitar – are set to perform a run of 15 shows across Europe.
The tour announcement follows the huge critical and commercial success of Jack White's recent third solo album Boarding House Reach; White’s third consecutive US number 1 album. Released in March via Third Man / XL Recordings, the album was met with widespread critical acclaim, described by the Sunday Times as “close to a masterpiece” and NME as "totally brilliant... wild, mysterious and unlike anything else around". Meanwhile Q magazine described it as “his most eccentric, adventurous and bamboozling album to date” and Clash magazine as “easily one of the most layered and compelling releases of 2018, which furthers White’s legacy as one of the few remaining mavericks in music” while The Times added that Boarding House Reach is "original, simmering with anger and touched by genius”
White has already given UK fans a glimpse of what to expect from his electrifying live show. During Boarding House Reach’s release week he thrilled fans with a brace of intimate, small capacity performances in London: a free daytime event in the courtyard of the historic George Inn and an evening show at London's legendary 500 capacity The Garage that were again met with a similarly rapturous response, with The Guardian stating "that his passion remains undimmed, his eccentric vision still so ornery and unpredictable, is a very fine thing indeed.”

PLEASE NOTE: this is a PHONE-FREE show. No photos, video or audio recording devices allowed. We think you’ll enjoy looking up from your gadgets for a little while and experience music and our shared love of it IN PERSON. Upon arrival at the venue, all phones and other photo or video-capturing gizmos will be secured in a Yondr pouch that will be unlocked at the end of the show. You keep your pouch-secured phone on you during the show and, if needed, can unlock your phone at any time in a designated Yondr Phone Zone located in the lobby or concourse. For those looking to do some social media postings, let us help you with that. Our official tour photographer will be posting photos and videos after the show at jackwhiteiii.com and the new Jack White Live Instagram account @officialjackwhitelive. Repost our photos & videos as much as you want and enjoy a phone-free, 100% human experience.
Please note, that whilst Yondr will be providing pouches to secure phones during the show, they cannot accommodate tablets or large cameras. Fans are therefore asked to refrain from bringing tablets or cameras to the shows as anyone found with them will be turned away and not allowed entry until they return without the item concerned
