We would like to reassure our customers that your safety is always of the absolute utmost importance to us. We want to ensure you have an enjoyable experience when you come to Echo Arena Liverpool and that you remain safe.
We constantly review and monitor all of our security and safety procedures across all of our venues. Some of this happens behind the scenes. For example we work closely with Merseyside Police and our event organisers to ensure the appropriate security checks and requirements are in place.
We have a team of dedicated security and stewarding staff who are highly trained and experienced. In addition, you may see police officers at our site.
Every visitor who comes to Echo Arena Liverpool will have their bags searched. We therefore ask you to consider keeping bags and possessions to a minimum. Please also consider the size of your bag - we recommend just one small bag or handbag - to try and minimise the time it takes to search and therefore the size of queues. We would also advise you to allow yourself extra time to arrive for safety checks.
You may also be approached by our staff requesting the use of a detector wand as an additional safety check as you arrive.
Sniffer dogs may be seen around the venue prior to and during events. Again they are an additional measure to contribute to your safety.
We ask you to remain vigilant. Please alert our stewards if you notice anything you feel uncomfortable with. Your safety and your enjoyment are paramount to us.
Echo Arena Liverpool is proud to be supporting "Project Servator" For more information please visit this link.
Echo Arena discourages people from bringing banners, posters and flags to any events. We may on occasion permit A4 sized posters, providing they do not contain any offensive content as deemed by Echo Arena. However, we reserve the right to confiscate these items should we, or fellow audience members, find them disruptive to the enjoyment of the event.
For health and safety reasons banners, posters and flags with poles or strengthening enhancements will be confiscated. If you are unsure whether your banner or flag will be acceptable then please do not bring it to the venue.
Echo Arena can take no responsibility for any loss or damage to property of this nature brought on-site and strongly recommends customers familiarise themselves with Ticket Conditions of Sale displayed on the reverse of all tickets before attending an event.
