The Liverpool International Tennis Tournament 2012

As one of the key warm up events to Wimbledon, The Tradition-ICAP Liverpool International is a must in the calendar for ATP and WTA players. Players such as world number 1, Caroline Wozniacki and British hopeful, Laura Robson have both used this event to launch both their singles careers from Juniors onto the tour as well as to warm-up for Wimbledon.

World number 3, Novak Djokovic has also participated in this event along with a host of top ranked players from inside the top 20 including French Open finalist, Robin Søderling, Queens Club finalist Mardy Fish, Australian Open Champion Marat Safin as well as David Ferrer, Mikhail Youzhny and Ivan Ljubicic.

Legends have included John McEnroe, Bjorn Borg, Pat Cash, Greg Rusedski, Michael Stich, Mats Wilander and, of course, Mansour Bahrami and Ilie Nastase, as well as some of the sports female legends including Martina Navratilova, Martina Hingis and Jana Novotna.
