Equestrian.com Liverpool International Horse Show

Three days of thrilling show jumping action, along with world-class family entertainment!

World-class riders and horses will compete for a £160,000 total prize fund. A dazzling array of show jumping stars - including an Olympic gold medallist, Ireland's finest and five Whitakers - are set to shine at this year's Equestrian.com Liverpool International Horse Show. Leading the way will be former world number one, London 2012 Great Britain team gold medallist and Rolex Grand Slam winner Scott Brash, who makes his Liverpool debut across three days of guaranteed world-class sporting action.

World Class Acts for every performance of the show:-

Abba tribute band ‘Revival’ – stunning production which will take you back to those Disco days when Abba ruled the dance floor

Shetland Pony Grand National - a high-speed dash, a blur of colour silks, flying manes and tails and the roar of the crowd – all the excitement of a day at the races condensed down to Shetland pony size.

Horsepower FMX - Freestyle Motocross makes a spectacular first time appearance in Liverpool as the godfathers of craziness ramp-up for what’s set to be the biggest and most spectacular show to take off in Liverpool.

The Black Fire Girls - ready to light up the show through a dazzling display of fire, pyrotechnics and special effects.

Extreme Driving Challenge - Witness the breath taking skill, speed and accuracy of Great Britain's finest 4-In-Hand carriage drivers as they gallop flat out around the arena.

New Year’s Eve additional acts:-

Collabro – the world’s number one Musical Theatre boy band and the winners of Britain’s Got Talent series 8

The Puissance - a high jump competition, featuring the famous big red wall, which is designed to push horses and riders to their limits!

Spectacular countdown to midnight!

All tickets give access to the show's shopping village from 9am each day, with the shopping experience featuring a fantastic range of products from high-end equestrian outlets, exclusive fashion retailers, unusual giftware and beautiful things for the home.

If you are bringing a motor home/caravan/small Horsebox to the event, you can use a nearby car park (Beers Timber & Building Supplies L1 8JU) at a cost of £40 per night. 

*Tickets available online only and customers must present their Dreamworks Lights Lantern Experience ticket confirmation on arrival.

Under 14s must be accompanied by an adult.

Will there be any pyrotechnics, lasers and/or strobes at the event I'm attending?

Most shows have some form of flashing lights, strobes or pyrotechnics. Signage will be displayed advising customers of the details, if you have a condition that is directly affected by any of these please contact us before the performance and we can give you more details.

Most Liverpool city centre bound buses will call at either Queen Square bus station (a 15-minute walk) or Liverpool ONE Bus Station, which is only a five minute walk to Echo Arena.

The CityLink Route C4 bus links Queen Square bus station, James Street rail station and Liverpool ONE Bus Station to the venue. CityLink Route C4 operates every 20 minutes on Mondays to Saturdays and every 30 minutes on Sundays, between 7am – 8pm, with a maximum fare of £1 per journey. Merseytravel prepaid tickets, National Concessionary bus passes and Arriva day tickets are all valid on this service.

For all car journeys it's best to follow the white on brown tourist route signs for the Waterfront. These signs are visible on the major routes into the city. Echo Arena is situated on the Kings Dock directly adjacent to the south side of the Albert Dock. Upon arrival, the Kings Dock entrance is clearly sign posted. The Liverpool Waterfront Car Park is right next door.

From the North...

Leave the M6 at junction 26 and follow signs for M58 Liverpool. Follow to end of M58 and then take signs for A59 Liverpool. Continue to follow Liverpool City Centre until picking up signs for the Waterfront. The Liverpool Waterfront Car Park is signposted 'Waterfront' on the city wide 'available spaces' signage. We offer a flat fee of £7 for parking for all Echo Arena events.

From the South...

Leave the M6 at junction 21A and take the M62 to Liverpool. At the end of the M62 follow signs for Liverpool City Centre along Edge Lane, picking up and following signs for Waterfront. The Liverpool Waterfront Car Park is signposted 'Waterfront' on the city wide 'available spaces' signage.

From the south...

Virgin Trains operates hourly, direct services from London Euston to Liverpool Lime Street (with a journey time of just over two hours). Other long-distance rail services also operate into Liverpool Lime Street station.

Echo Arena is a 20-minute walk from Lime Street or a short taxi ride. You can also transfer at Lime Street onto the underground Wirral Line trains to James Street station (10 minute walk) or catch the CityLink Route C4 (7am – 8pm) directly to the venue. If travelling from outside Merseyside, you can catch an underground train to James Street station from Lime Street station, inclusive of the cost of your ticket.

Flying into Liverpool John Lennon Airport...

A taxi from the airport to the city centre will take approximately 20 minutes or the express bus service Route 500 will take approximately 25 minutes, dropping you off within a five minute walk of Echo Arena, while Manchester’s international airport is just 45 minutes away by car.

The Liverpool Waterfront Car Park has 1,600 secure, covered spaces, and there are more car parks within five minutes’ walk. The Waterfront Car Park is signposted “Waterfront” on the city-wide “available parking spaces” signs. These signs provide live information as to the number of available spaces. Fees operate on a sliding scale as follows:

£2 for up to 1 hour 
£5 for up to 2 hours 
£7 for up to 5 hours 
£10 for up to 9 hours 
£15 for up to 24 hours
