Terms of Entry
We want you - and all of our visitors - to have the best possible time while you're at the Echo Arena. To make sure that events run as smoothly as possible, we have a few terms and conditions related to our venue.
Buying your tickets
When you buy tickets either on the phone or via our website they'll be sent to you in the post no later than two weeks before the event, unless you choose to pick them up from the Echo Arena box office or we tell you differently. Please take care of your tickets once you've received them as they can't be replaced. Please check the Echo Arena website for up-to-date event information before you travel to the Echo Arena.
Please don't bring...
No food or drink can be brought into the venue; only food and drink bought on the premises may be consumed in the Echo Arena and anything else you try to bring in will be confiscated at the door.
No video or audio recording equipment is permitted in the Echo Arena without the express permission of the event promoter and will be confiscated at the door; cameras up to 35mm for personal use are permitted.
Any item deemed to be a danger to the general public will be confiscated, including knives and weapons of any type, illegal substances or any item that the management deem dangerous or illegal.
Which entrance?
Your ticket will include details of the direction from which you should approach the Echo Arena. All tickets tell you whether your door is on the cityside or the riverside of the building; if you're not sure please ask one of our stewards. A number of stewards will be stationed around the public areas outside the venue to help you get into the building and find your seat as quickly and easily as possible.
Smoking
Smoking is not permitted anywhere in the Echo Arena. Any visitor who is found smoking inside the venue will be ejected immediately.
Admission and ejection
We reserve the right to refuse admission to, or remove from the venue any customer who's acting in a way that the management consider to be undesirable, inappropriate, harmful, offensive, obscene or illegal, or may cause a breach of the peace.
Customers may be refused entry or ejected on account of being (or appearing to be) under age (where relevant), abusive, threatening, drunk, decline to be searched, carry offensive weapons or illegal substances, adversely affect other people's enjoyment of the event, throw any object or substance onto the performing area or elsewhere in the venue, stand on seats or in any walkways, climb fencing (or any other structure) or smoke. No refunds or compensation of any kind will be offered to customers who are refused entry or removed from the venue.
A responsible adult must accompany children under 14 years old.
Latecomers will be admitted to the venue during a suitable break in the performance and / or at the discretion of the management.
Official merchandising is only on sale inside the venue.
