Echo Arena is proud to be joining forces with Liverpool hotspot Alma de Cuba and award-winning Allerton restaurant Spire to launch a mouthwatering selection of food and drinks for our customers. 
 
Available now, our new menu of gourmet dishes using Spire recipes and recreated by our arena chefs, is full of flavour and locally sourced ingredients. Our new drinks range includes a tantalising Strawberry Fields Cocktail created by Alma de Cuba as well as draught beer for a speedier service and a wider selection of quality wines and soft drinks.

The relaunched menu will be available at redesigned catering units, which will be known as Mersey Eats and Mersey Drinks, throughout the concourse at Echo Arena.

Scouse Dog 
Our own pork dog handmade by Andrews delicacies in warm buns with traditional homemade Liverpool ‘scouse’ & house pickled red cabbage. Or keep it simple with Arena tomato & shallot ketchup and French’s mustard.

Famous Fish Pie 
Baked salmon, smoked haddock, white fish & prawns in a creamy sauce topped with parmesan mashed potato.

Nachos NW 
Crisp corn nachos with Malden sea salt, warm Mrs. Kirkham’s Lancashire cheese sauce & homemade tomato salsa.

Peppercorn Wraps 
Sliced Reg Johnson’s Goosnargh chicken breast, pepper sauce mayonnaise & iceberg lettuce in toasted wraps. Or go veggie with roast Portobello mushrooms with piquillo peppers, pepper sauce mayonnaise & iceberg lettuce in toasted wraps.

Brownie 
Rich, indulgent, buttery dark chocolate brownie pieces.

Strawberry Fields 
Kettle One vodka shaken with fresh strawberries, blackberry and strawberry liqueurs, a squeeze of lemon juice and cranberry juice.
