Food and Drink
Eating at Echo Arena
Feeling hungry? Fancy a drink? There are eight Mersey Eats and Mersey Drinks concessions throughout Echo Arena Liverpool, serving soft drinks and alcoholic beverages, as well as tasty hot and cold snacks.
Echo Arena has joined forces with Liverpool hotspot Alma de Cuba and award-winning Allerton restaurant Spire to create a mouthwatering selection of food and drinks, perfect for customers to tuck into before enjoying a show at the landmark arena.
Developed in collaboration with mixologists and chefs from these two high quality, local venues, customers can sample the innovative and delicious range of dishes and beverages, all made using the finest local ingredients, at Echo Arena’s Mersey Eats and Mersey Drinks kiosks, situated both at floor level and along the concourse.
Echo Arena’s in-house catering and hospitality is provided by global hospitality service provider, Centerplate. Centerplate is North America’s leading event hospitality partner and has extensive experience of working with some of the top entertainment venues, convention centres and sports stadia in the US and Canada. A wide range of hospitality services, provided by Centerplate, are available at Echo Arena, through a selection of ‘Arena Club Class’ packages.
Customers can enjoy some Mersey Eats before they take in some Mersey Beats, with the new snack menu, inspired by award-winning Allerton restaurant, Spire. Prepared with the finest local produce by the Echo Arena chefs, the gourmet dishes include the exclusive ‘Scouse Dog’, a pork hot dog topped with the traditional Liverpool stew and a generous helping of red cabbage, a succulent fish pie made using a well-loved Spire recipe, vegetarian-friendly grilled vegetable wraps and indulgent homemade chocolate brownies.
As well as draft beer and soft drinks provided by Echo Arena’s drinks partners, Britvic and Coors and a wide selection of quality wines the Mersey Drinks concession now also offers a tantalising, bespoke cocktail created exclusively by Liverpool institution, Alma de Cuba, for Echo Arena – ‘Strawberry Fields’.
