Echo Arena Liverpool has been designed with accessibility in mind, with designated drop-off points and accessible seating spaces, as well as wide corridors and doors.
Making entertainment accessible for all is important to the team at Echo Arena, which is why the venue features accessible toilets, entrances, as well as accessible drop off points and accessible seating bays. Customers will find lifts in the car park which feature a mirror to make reversing out in a wheelchair easier, along with both visual and audible floor indicators. Parking is not free for Blue Badge holders, but there are 79 spaces accessible spaces available and there is a convenient drop-off point on the river side of the building. There are a number of ramps on the route into Echo Arena from the car park, so assistance may be required.

Our floor seating is, however, on a lower level and you will need to use steps to reach it. The Auditorium Liverpool, also offers 14 wheelchair positions.
There are several accessible toilets in Echo Arena and a further eight for customers attending events in The Auditorium Liverpool. There are toilets on every level of the venue.
