Echo Arena Liverpool has reached another landmark in its fifth birthday year and welcomed its three millionth customer.
Singing sensation Alicia Keys marked the occasion by presenting Emma Haigh with a Golden Ticket.
The ticket entitles Emma, from Crosby, to two tickets to 10 events of their choice over the next 12 months.
Emma, 34, said: "I was so surprised when I was approached by arena staff telling me I was the three millionth customer.
"I was excited about watching Alicia Keys in concert but getting to meet her was the icing on the cake of an already fabulous day. I'm a huge fan of Alicia, and a regular visitor to the arena, so receiving the Golden Ticket made the event all the more special."
Highlights at Echo Arena Liverpool over the past five years include the MTV Europe Music Awards 2008; MOBO Awards 2010 and 2012; BBC Sports Personality of the Year and the Davis Cup, as well as performers including Sir Paul McCartney, Beyonce and John Bishop.
Tim Banfield, commercial director of ACC Liverpool, home to Echo Arena and BT Convention Centre, said: "This year is particularly special for us as we celebrate our fifth birthday. We want to thank all our customers who have supported us and who have come to events since we opened in 2008.
"Welcoming our three millionth visitor is another important milestone for us. We look forward to opening our doors to many more people and rewarding our fourth millionth customer in the future."
The millionth visitor received a Golden Ticket awarded by Sir Cliff Richard, who was performing at the arena for the first time, in November 2009. In June 2011 Girls Aloud singer Nicola Roberts congratulated the two millionth visitor at Radio City Live.
Forthcoming events at Echo Arena Liverpool include BBC Radio 5 Live Big Day Out, Neil Young and Crazy Horse, Cage Warriors 57, Disney Live! Mickey's Rockin' Road Show and Micky Flanagan.
