This page is operated by The ACC Liverpool Group Limited Limited, a company incorporated in England with registered number 5204033 (VAT number 902 5534 7) and having its registered office at Kings Dock, Liverpool L3 4FP (“The ACC Liverpool Group”). The ACC Liverpool Group Ltd is a company controlled by a local authority within the meaning of Part V Local Government and Housing Act 1989. The controlling authority is Liverpool City Council.



1.1       By accessing any part of this Website, you shall be deemed to have accepted these Terms of Use in full.  If you do not accept these Terms of Use in full, you must leave this Website immediately.

2.1       The ACC Liverpool Group is the owner or licensee of all intellectual property rights in the Website, and in the material published on it.  Those works are protected by copyright laws and treaties around the world.  All such rights are reserved.

2.2       You are permitted to print and download extracts from this Website for your own use on the basis that:

(a)        no documents or related graphics on this Website are modified in any way;

(b)        no graphics on this Website are used separately from accompanying text; and

(c)        The ACC Liverpool Group’s copyright and trade mark notices and this permission notice appear in all copies.

2.3       Unless otherwise stated, the copyright and other intellectual property rights in all material on this Website (including without limitation photographs and graphical images) are owned by The ACC Liverpool Group or its licensors.  For the purposes of these Terms of Use, any use of extracts from this Website other than in accordance with paragraph 3.2 above for any purpose is prohibited.  If you breach any of these Terms of Use, your permission to use this Website automatically terminates and you must immediately, at The ACC Liverpool Group’s option, return or destroy any downloaded or printed extracts from this Website.

2.4       Subject to paragraph 3.2, no part of this Website may be reproduced or stored in any other website or included in any public or private electronic retrieval system or service without The ACC Liverpool Group’s prior written permission.

3.1       Access to the Website is permitted on a temporary basis, and The ACC Liverpool Group reserves the right to withdraw or amend the ticketing service provided on the Website without notice.

3.2       While The ACC Liverpool Group endeavours to ensure that this Website is normally available 24 hours a day, The ACC Liverpool Group shall not be liable if for any reason this Website is unavailable at any time or for any period.

3.3       Access to this Website may be suspended temporarily and without notice in the case of system failure, maintenance or repair or for reasons beyond The ACC Liverpool Group’s control.

3.4       If you choose, or you are provided with, a user identification code, password or any other piece of information as part of The ACC Liverpool Group’s security procedures, you must treat such information as confidential, and you must not disclose it to any third party.  The ACC Liverpool Group has the right to disable any user identification code or password, whether chosen by you or allocated to you, at any time, if in its opinion you have failed to comply with any of the provisions of these Terms of Use.

5.2       By breaching paragraph 5.1, you would commit a criminal offence under the Computer Misuse Act 1990.  The ACC Liverpool Group will report any such breach to the relevant law enforcement authorities and The ACC Liverpool Group will cooperate with those authorities by disclosing your identity to them.  In the event of such a breach, your right to use the Website will cease immediately.
