Here are the highlights of the results:
87.8% of you rated your overall experience at the Echo Arena as good to very good – we know that's not everyone – but we are delighted that in our first year that the majority of you have enjoyed their experience with us.
85% of you felt that the Echo Arena was a safe place to have a fun night out. We are pleased but not complacent – we are working on ensuring that the minority don't spoil it for the majority of our concert goers. We will continue to review our procedures and team to ensure that your visit to us is as enjoyable as possible.
85% Love our Loos. Toilets are important to us – no one likes a bad one – we try our hardest to ensure they are in the highest possible standard for you – so you can enjoy every aspect of our facilities!!! The rest of the building you liked too with only 1% rating is as poor.
We have work to do on our food and drink – only 57% rated our refreshments as good and very good – this is something we are looking into with our catering provider Heathcotes and will look for further customer feedback.

Each of our Box Office team are trained to find you the best possible seats for the best possible price and this is reflected in the number of you that continue to buy tickets from us – Thanks!
