The ACC Liverpool Group, home to BT Convention Centre, Echo Arena and Exhibition Centre Liverpool, opened in January 2008 and has established itself as a leading venue for concerts, entertainment, conferences and exhibitions.
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Service Desk Coordinator with excellent IT and organisational skills to join our Event Support team.
The successful candidate will be required to log, coordinate and communicate work requests that are received via the service desk. The Service Desk Coordinator will then implement relevant actions in liaison with a number of different teams across The ACC Liverpool Group. Assisting the Operation Systems Manager with the continuous review of all service desk functions will play a key part within this role.
The successful candidate will be a competent multi-tasker with the ability to organise and prioritise large volumes of work/requests at any one time whilst maintaining an excellent standard of customer service.
Previous experience of working with a variety of IT systems, the ability to work as part of a team and the ability to deliver in a fast paced environment are essential to this role. Previous experience working in a customer service / help desk role would be beneficial.
