Hours per week: 20 (1040 annualised hours)

The ACC Liverpool Group, home to BT Convention Centre, Echo Arena, Exhibition Centre Liverpool and ticketing agency TicketQuarter has established itself as a leading centre for conferences, entertainment, sport and exhibitions.

We are looking to recruit part time Ticketing Advisors to provide a high level customer booking and enquiry service across TicketQuarter, Echo Arena Box Office and the Contact Centre.  The successful candidates will be required to sell and promote with enthusiasm, all shows/events on sale at the Echo Arena and all other event ticket sales managed by TicketQuarter.

The ideal candidate will have experience of working in a fast paced sales/call centre environment, a passion for delivering excellent customer service and the ability to work under pressure to tight deadlines. 

In addition to the above, the candidate will need to be enthusiastic and complement our experienced and talented team. 

Candidates must be flexible, as working hours will include days, evenings and weekends.
